Handmade products
~ All items are handmade with care. Slight variations and slight flaws may occur due to the nature of handmade goods.
~ Made to order items will be handmade and ready to ship within 3-7 business days. Plase take this time frame in consideration when placing an order.
~Please note that all handmade items are intended to be used as accessories and may become damaged with rough handling or excessive movement.
~I am not responsible for any damages once the item is in your care.

Shipping policy
~ Shipping is done by usps. Delivery times after dropoff takes around 5-7 days to get to your address.
~ All orders will be shipped with protective packaging to the best of my abilities. However, I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages after shipment, including issues caused by:
Incorrect entry of address at the time of purchase.
Mishandling by postal services.

Returns and exchanges
~ All sales are final, NO returns or exchanges are accepted.

Order issues
~ If you encounter any issues or mistakes with your order:
*Please contact me via email or Instagram DMs within 3 days of receiving your package.
*Strongly advice to include photos or videos to help me understand any issue.
*For errors on my part, unboxing evidence must be provided within 3 days of receinving the package to resolve the matter.
